All information regarding your project is available online under a secure setting, and our clients are able to access their pertinent information regarding our agreement with them including photos prior to commencement of work, during construction and at project completion. You will also be able to view weekly progress reports, job costing, budget progress and recommendations and concerns.

We manage residential projects that include but are not limited to, Custom builds, total house remodels, additions, decks, sunrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and garages. Our commercial projects include but are not limited to, restaurants, bars, stores, and Strata complexes.
If you use us and are happy with the work and refer us to a friend, we will pay a 1% referral fee on the total amount of the job. We will also pay you .5% on a referral of a referral!! For example if you use us and are happy, and refer us to a friend and they use us and are happy and refer us to their friend, we will pay you .5% of the total of that job!!! This is payable either in cash or in services rendered!!!
